About this Support

AWS Graviton processors are designed by AWS to deliver the best price performance for your cloud workloads running in Amazon EC2.

ChaosSearch supports AWS EC2 Graviton instances as workers for the ChaosSearch indexing and analytics operations. During deployment, ChaosSearch can deploy Graviton C7 instances as workers to take advantage of those price performance advantages. ChaosSearch Worker operations and behaviors are identical for the Graviton and i86-based C5 EC2 instances.

ChaosSearch with Graviton

ChaosSearch supports all Worker software operations on EC2 including Graviton EC2 instances. ChaosSearch manages the setup, monitoring, and scaling/restarting of the customer's assigned Workers. Workers are usually transparent to the user and administrators, but if questions occur, customers can contact ChaosSearch Customer Success teams using their dedicated Slack channel or by emailing support@chaossearch.com.
